BOSTON, Feb 14, 2024: Last week, Flexible Lab Solutions partner, FUJIFILM Wako Automation presented their latest release of Director 7 automation software, at the SLAS 2024 conference in Boston, MA.
Director is a trusted automation scheduler for laboratory integration and automated workflow processing, with a long time established user network. This year's new feature additions were nothing but significant and included items like advanced error response, auto recovery, on-the-fly method editing and a fresh new looking browser interface.
#SLAS2024 saw an incredibly positive response to the independence provided by Director 7 from FUJIFILM Wako Automation. Delegates commented on how features built into the core software product are often only available at a huge premium from alternate vendors. Overheard at booth #858, "Wow, this is better than the scheduler I have actually been recommending."
Wako's Mark Eutizi ran a #Masterclass on Director 7, showcasing all the latest features and how they can be used alongside the tried and tested functionality customers have come to depend on. The feedback was unanimously positive and provided the perfect opportunity to expand the roadmap of features for tomorrow. There were some fantastic ideas as experienced automation users were able to see how much control Director 7 offers over all the other automation schedulers.
