Over 25 years’ experience in service support, robotics and automation for pharmaceutical research and development, David has moved through the ranks from apprentice for Pfizer Ltd UK to Founder and Managing Director of Flexible Lab Solutions in 2011. Bringing critical engineering and managerial experience, he helped to secure investment and further establish this company as a renowned provider of reliable laboratory automation – and parent company of the LabworX™ automation products.
Over 20 years’ experience in engineering support operations for research and development within life sciences, Thomas has previously operated as principal engineer for the Pfizer UK automation team, and the European service manager for Cybio Northern Europe (now Analytik Jena). Fiercely dedicated to always delivering first-class customer service – Thomas can often be found in the lab with our service team.
Over 30 years’ experience in design and development of data-centric manufacturing automation control and scheduling software, with 23 years specialising in high-throughput screening automation and scientific research software for pharmaceutical research industry (AstraZeneca, Bristol-Myers Squibb, GSK, Pfizer, Sanofi and many more.)
Previously Managing Director for two technology and automation software development companies, Lee holds a firm belief in designing and delivering modular, integrated software solutions with easy, accessible functionality – innovation that’s intuitive to use.
